This special honor celebrates volunteers who consistently go above and beyond to support our students, school, and Davis community.

Who’s Eligible?

The Giving Tree Committee—made up of past award recipients, the PTA Volunteer Coordinator, and Principal Daniels—selects recipients based on:

• Active, year-long involvement in a variety of activities

• A meaningful, positive impact on Davis students, staff, or programs

Submit your nomination through our NOMINATION FORM.

Please include specific examples of the nominee’s contributions and impact.

• You may nominate more than one person—but please submit a separate form for each.

• Nominations are encouraged year-round, but all entries are due by May 1 for current-year consideration.
