Calling all Davis dads and father-figures! Whether you're a dad, grandfather, uncle, or step-parent—we’d love to have you volunteer with Watch D.O.G.S. (Dads of Great Students) and make a big impact at school this year.

What is Watch D.O.G.S.?

Watch D.O.G.S. is a nationally recognized family and community engagement program with two key goals:

• 👨‍🏫 Provide positive male role models to show students that education matters.

• 👀 Enhance school safety by offering an extra set of eyes and ears throughout the day.

What Does a Watch D.O.G.S. Day Look Like?

As a volunteer, you'll receive a detailed schedule from Mrs. Daniels and jump right into action! A typical day includes:

• Welcoming students and families during morning drop-off (East Drive).

• Visiting multiple classrooms—including your own child’s—to support learning.

• Assisting students who may need extra help.

• Helping out during lunch and recess.

• Enjoying a full day immersed in school life—your child will love having you there!
