Nominate a volunteer for our annual Giving Tree Award! The Douglas K. Hall Giving Tree Award recognizes dedicated volunteers that consistently go above and beyond what is expected for the benefit of Davis students, school and community.
We are fortunate to have so many volunteers at Davis who accept responsibilities and do their jobs incredibly well. This attitude and willingness to help is one of the reasons Davis is such an outstanding school!
The Giving Tree committee (made up of past recipients, PTA Parliamentarian and Principal Daniels) is assigned the task of recognizing those who have made a significant positive impact at Davis and have been involved the entire school year in a variety of activities.
Please take a moment to nominate that exceptional volunteer, including a detailed explanation with as many specific examples as possible.
Please SUBMIT YOUR NOMINATIONS no later than May 1st; however, we encourage you to nominate all year long! You may nominate more than one volunteer, but please fill out the form separately for each volunteer.
